We are thrilled to have you join us for our wedding celebration in San Miguel de Allende! We have secured a block of rooms with special rates exclusively for our guests. If you would like to extend your stay before or after the wedding, these rates are valid from December 9th to December 17th, subject to availability. We suggest booking as soon as possible as we have a limited number of rooms reserved.

We recommend arriving on Thursday, if possible, so that you have a full day on Friday to explore and enjoy the town. However, arriving on Friday is also perfectly fine.
Taxes & Fees: All rates are subject to 16% VAT, 4% Lodging Tax, and a 10% service charge.
Special Rates: These special rates apply only to bookings made by calling or emailing the hotel directly and mentioning our booking code "G1RC3D".
Extending Your Trip: If you would like to extend your stay before or after the wedding, these rates are valid from December 9th to December 17th, subject to availability.
Guest Policy: A $47.00 USD charge applies for a third adult in a room. There is no charge for up to two children aged twelve and under when sharing a room with one or two adults. Please note that some larger suites and residences offer larger capacities and different terms may apply for these accommodations. Details regarding additional guest fees for larger accommodations can be confirmed at the time of booking.
Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to the first night's room rate and taxes is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before your scheduled arrival.
Security and Payment: For your security and to streamline our payment process, Live Aqua uses a tokenization system for credit card payments. This ensures that your credit card information is processed securely and not stored directly with us.
Cancellation Policy: You can change your arrival date or cancel your reservation without incurring any charges if you do so at least 31 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before your arrival will result in a fee equal to the total number of nights reserved.
